Tesla Model 3 production ‘delays’ may mean time to rethink Chevy Bolt

Tesla is reportedly facing a slower-than-expected production ramp for the Model 3. That should give General Motors some more breathing room with its well-received all-electric Bolt.

A Friday Wall Street Journal report claims that Tesla is having some initial production challenges with its first mass-market car, the Model 3. But it’s important to note that Tesla pushed back on that report.

The beauty of the Bolt — relative to the Model 3 — is that you can walk on to many Chevy dealer lots across the country and drive one home the same day. You’re not put on a 1-year waiting list
